The archival collections of the Western Province of the Congregation of the Mission are administered by the DePaul University Library's Special Collections and Archives Department. Known as the DeAndreis-Rosati Memorial Archives (DRMA), these collections were moved to Chicago, Illinois in 2001 from Saint Mary's of the Barrens Seminary in Perryville, Missouri and in 2010 from St. Vincent de Paul Center in Montebello, California. In accordance with its legal and canonical responsibilities, the Western Province retains ownership and through its provincial superior determines access and use policies.

1	Provincial Assembly Records of the Western Province Description: The Provincial Assembly Records (1843-1997) document the regular meetings convened by the Western Province of the Congregation of the Mission that are held in preparation for the General Assembly (meeting of Vincentians worldwide) and to discuss matters specific to the Province. 2	Provincial Committees Description: Provincial Committees were established by Provincials to address the spiritual and educational development of the members of the Western Province of the Congregation of the Mission.
