Description: The Brockman-Romero Papers contain the research materials of Rev. James R. Brockman, S.J. who wrote about the life and murder of Archbishop Oscar Romero in 1980 and about the persecution of the church in El Salvador.

Description: Debra Evenson is a leading expert on the Cuban legal system. The Debra Evenson Papers include her research files on Cuban law and government as well as Cuban history and culture.

Description: The Latino Institute was established in 1974 in Chicago. It served as an umbrella organization for Latino community groups until it closed in 1998.

6Mujeres Latinas en Accion (MLEA)
Description: MLEA founded in 1973 and located in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood, provides social services to Latina women and their families. The organizational records were deposited in May 2006.

7Venceremos Brigade Research Collection (VBRC)
Description: The Venceremos Brigade was established to increase awareness of the merits of the Castro regime in Cuba. This collection contains the organization's reference files on a variety of subjects.

Description: This collection includes materials donated by members of the Young Lords as well as oral histories conducted by the Center for Latino Research at DePaul University.
