Description: These papers reflect the nonviolent protests of Philip and Daniel Berrigan and Elizabeth McAlister against the Vietnam War during the 1960s and 70s. Description: MLEA founded in 1973 and located in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood, provides social services to Latina women and their families. The organizational records were deposited in May 2006.

Description: Personal papers of Sr. Helen Prejean, CSJ, noted advocate for death-row inmates and death penalty opponent. The papers include her correspondence with death row inmates, records documenting her work with anti-death penalty organizations, and manuscripts of her books Dead Man Walking and Death of Innocents. She donated her papers to DePaul University in December 2010.
