How do I renew library materials?

How to renew material borrowed from DePaul or I-Share libraries:

Online Click on My Account in the library catalog and log in with your 14-digit library ID number (located on the back of your DePaul ID above the bar code) and last name.

In person At the Lincoln Park and Loop campus libraries,  renew your books at the Access Services desk (front desk by the entrance). You can also renew books at at our suburban campus libraries anytime the library is staffed (see Library hours). No need to bring the books with you, just your DePaul ID.

How many renewals?

DePaul books Unlimited
I-Share books Students may renew 3 times (a total of 4x4 weeks)
  Faculty/academic staff may renew 6 times (a total of 7x4 weeks). Need more time? Request a copy from another I-Share institution, or ask your library liaison to consider purchasing it for DePaul's collection.
Inter library loan (ILLiad) books Usually once -- see separate instructions for renewing interlibrary loan materials via ILLiad

Note: Various circumstances related to the item or your account might prevent you from renewing. If you cannot renew, please call (773) 325-7862 for information.
