DIRECTIONS
  1. Connect to the IEEE Digital Library through the library web site.
  2. Use the Advanced Search menu to locate the article for which you want to create a link.
  3. Click on a PDF icon to open and display the full-text PDF file.
  4. Copy the URL from the address bar in the browser window displaying the PDF file.
  5. Paste the URL in the box below and click on the button to create a stable link to the article.

  6. Below is the URL you will use to link to the article from your Blackboard or Course Online site. Use the link below to make sure the URL works as it should. If the test fails, make sure there are no spaces in the URL.
