As a suburban student, you have immediate access to many electronic resources from our library databases. You may also use the Library Catalog to have print materials delivered to any suburban campus location.
Doing Research
Suburban students can request books and videos from any DePaul campus using your 14-digit library borrower ID number, found on your DePaul ID. The requested item will be sent to your preferred campus, and you’ll receive an email notification when it arrives. You may also visit a number of I-Share libraries, located across the Chicagoland area and the state of Illinois, and borrow circulating books using your DePaul ID card. In most cases, you may use other I-Share libraries for study, or browse their print reference and periodical collections.
Obtain the full text of journal and newspaper articles, encyclopedias, e-books and more, online from your home or office. For articles you cannot access online, we will try to obtain them via interlibrary loan.
