Exam Proctoring

Who Can Request proctoring?

The DePaul University Libraries offer exam proctoring services at the Richardson Library of the Lincoln Park campus to:

  • DePaul students who are enrolled in online or correspondence courses at OTHER institutions.  (Proctoring is not available for DePaul courses, whether campus-based or online)
  • The general public on a fee basis.  Proctoring is limited to college or university level academic exams only.

Although the Libraries try to accommodate all reasonable requests for proctoring, some conditions do apply.

How do I schedule an appointment?

  1. Please read the proctoring policy carefully.
  2. Print and fill out the proctoring request form.

The request form may be submitted in the following ways:

  • By saving the form and sending it as an attachment to proctor@depaul.edu
  • In person at the Reference Desk of the Lincoln Park Campus Library.
  • By mailing the form to the library at this address:
