Search the DePaul Library Catalog
- Find the item
- Click on Request
- Specify pick-up location
Search the I-Share Catalog to find items not owned by DePaul.
- Click on Request
- Specify pick-up location
To extend your search beyond the I-Share Libraries, search WorldCat.
- Find the item
- Click ILL button
- Fill out the form
For all other books, fill out a Book request form.

Getting Articles
- Use library databases to find both full-text articles and citations.
- For journals not available online:
- Search the I-Share Catalog for the exact title of the journal.
- If DePaul subscribes to the journal, fill out the Article Request Form. Articles will be scanned and made available to you electronically.
- If DePaul does not subscribe to the journal, fill out the Article Request Form. Articles will be sent directly to the address you provide.
Getting Started

- Allow at least two days to request material from other DePaul libraries.
- Allow at least two weeks to request material from other libraries.
- You must have a student photo ID card with a bar code to request materials.
